(the “Company”), (OTC: CMRB), the holding company for First Commerce Bank (the “Bank”), today reported net income of $2.1 million and $5.1 million for the three and nine months ending September 30, 2025, respectively, as compared to $1.1 million and $3.4 million for the three and nine months ending September 30, 2024, respectively. Basic earnings per common share for the three- and nine-months ending September 30, 2025, were $0.10 and $0.25, respectively, compared to $0.05 and $0.15 for the three- and nine- months ending September 30, 2024, respectively.
