(“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) reported diluted earnings per share of $0.85 for the third quarter of 2025, compared to $0.75 per share in the second quarter of 2025 and $0.68 per share in the same quarter of the prior year. Net earnings for the third quarter totaled $4.9 million, compared to $4.4 million in the prior quarter and $3.9 million in the third quarter of 2024. For the three months ended September 30, 2025, the return on average assets was 1.21%, the return on average equity was 13.00% and the efficiency ratio(1) was 60.7%.
