We offer a 5-day return policy. You have five (5) days from the date of publishing of your digital product to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 5 days of receiving the digital product or service or publishing
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The digital content (such as press releases or sponsored posts) will be removed from all published platforms as a condition of the refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at news@fintechbloom.com
  • Include your order details and reason for the return.

Once your request is received and assessed:

  • We will confirm if your refund has been approved.
  • Approved digital services will be removed from publication before issuing the refund.

Refund requests without prior communication will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on digital products.
If you’d like to replace your order with a different item or service, please request a refund (if eligible), and then make a new purchase separately.
