(NASDAQ: WSBF), holding company for WaterStone Bank, reported net income of $7.9 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 compared to $4.7 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Net income totaled $7.7 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net income per diluted share was $1.04 for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 compared to net income per diluted share of $0.72 for the nine months ended September 30, 2024.
