Wildfire Loyalty Platform First to Enable Users to Earn Cashback and Rewards on AI-Assisted Shopping

New capability allows publishers, fintechs, and loyalty providers to monetize AI-generated product suggestions

SAN DIEGO, Calif.,  June, 2025 – Wildfire Systems Inc., an innovative financial technology platform that powers loyalty and reward programs and shopping companions, today announced the first solution enabling consumers to earn cashback and rewards from AI-assisted shopping. By interacting with product suggestions from AI tools – including Google’s Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude, and Perplexity – shoppers can now receive cashback through Wildfire’s browser extensions.

As consumer behavior shifts toward using AI to shape purchase decisions, Wildfire has extended its platform to monetize this growing phase of the shopping journey, making it possible for partners to integrate loyalty rewards directly into AI-influenced recommendations.

“Commerce is shifting to the point of consideration: consumers are relying on AI to decide what to buy, where to buy it, and how to pay,” said Jordan Glazier, CEO at Wildfire. “Wildfire is there to ensure rewards and affiliate monetization happens wherever that decision takes place, whether it’s a search result, an AI suggestion, or an agent transaction.”

The new feature is built on functionality that is core to the Wildfire platform combined with capabilities originally developed for integrating affiliate monetization and loyalty into AI platforms and autonomous agents. With this rollout, those innovations are now being incorporated throughout Wildfire’s offerings, marking a significant step toward scaling AI-native monetization tools across everyday consumer experiences.

Recent research confirms this trend: 71% of consumers want generative AI integrated into their shopping experiences, and 58% already use AI tools for product recommendations, more than doubling from just 25% in 2023.

This update capitalizes on the rapidly emerging shift in consumer behavior and reinforces Wildfire’s mission to monetize the full shopping journey, from discovery through purchase, while helping partners capture more engagement, loyalty, and revenue in an evolving AI-driven commerce landscape.

How it Works

Wildfire’s white-label browser extensions detect brand mentions and product links on web pages, including those from AI tools or AI-enhanced search. When a cashback-eligible merchant is identified, the extension provides a link and displays how much cashback or rewards the user can earn. Tracking and attribution are handled behind the scenes by Wildfire’s platform, ensuring seamless user experience and reliable payouts.

Beyond Consumer Savings, Multiple Industries Benefit from This Update

Financial services organizations and technology companies offering cashback through Wildfire’s white label rewards platform can now:

– Monetize product recommendations that stem from their customers’ AI-driven shopping journeys

– Stay competitive as consumer discovery shifts away from traditional search

– Provide customers with next-generation cashback features tied to real-time shopping behavior

– Stay at the forefront of AI-enabled financial innovation

Retail & ecommerce brands can:

– Realize higher sales conversion rates from AI-Influenced discovery when cashback incentives are highlighted

– See increased average order value from AI-driven shopping; cashback encourages customers to spend more to maximize the reward

– Remain competitive as the shopping funnel changes shape, with AI becoming a starting point for shopping

This capability is now available for all existing white-label partner extensions. From this point forward, it will be a standard feature in all Wildfire-powered extensions
